The corporate parent. Holds the IP, the equity, the contracts, and the relationships with banks and counsel. The legal name on the paperwork. Steward-ownership architecture in counsel draft.
Museion Holdings is a founder-led holding company building toward sovereign software, forensic intelligence, and a small set of generational instruments held in steward-ownership. This is the public master plan: enough context to understand the ambition, the discipline, and the long-arc horizon. The deeper plan is held privately for aligned counterparties under counsel-passed framing.
The default direction of the technology stack is to take more, surface less, and make the people who use it the product. Museion exists to build the inverse: sovereign software people actually own, forensic intelligence published openly, and generational instruments that survive their founder. The standard is not "do less harm". The standard is structural: doctrines, refusal lists, and ownership architecture that make the wrong path technically and legally impossible.
The work began as YAKK Studios in early 2026, where the on-chain forensic discipline was first developed (the operation is now run by Trevor; the founder remains in advisory). It became Museion Holdings as the scope widened beyond a single Solana platform: a parent company under which sovereign software (Aether and Athenaeum), forensic intelligence (Veritas), creative practice (YAKK Studios), and generational instruments (the family wing) sit under one constitutional standard.
The mission, in one line: "The work is built to outlast the founder." The architecture exists to make that line true.
Museion Holdings is structured as a holding company with five strategic cells. Each cell is a distinct strategic surface with its own brand pack, operating logic, and discipline. The architecture is deliberate: separate operating risks, shared constitutional floor.
The corporate parent. Holds the IP, the equity, the contracts, and the relationships with banks and counsel. The legal name on the paperwork. Steward-ownership architecture in counsel draft.
The flagship: a 25-seat AI council and the local-first workspace it lives inside. Live internal architecture; customer-facing seats are next.
Founder-led forensic intelligence. Tier 1–4 evidence framework. Published investigations document patterns of extraction across DeFi infrastructure. The structured Network of Truth begins once funding lands.
YAKK Studios — an art and animation house — is live and operated by Trevor. Museion keeps its culture and trust discipline inside documented stewardship, internal review, and Veritas standards rather than a public membership layer. YAKK Gaming sits inside the cell as an early-stage venture with a childhood best friend.
Two surfaces in development under perpetual family-first designation: Johnny Boy's Wines in honour of John Watt, and Ali's of Aberdeen in loving memory of Alison Watt, set in Portugal. Beginning to operate over the next twelve months as capital allows.
Four surfaces are operationally real today. Aether & Athenaeum is in active build, with the internal sovereign AI workspace and council architecture live and customer-facing seats next. Veritas publishes founder-led on-chain forensic investigations under a counsel-safe Tier 1–4 evidence framework. YAKK Studios is the live art and animation house now operated by Trevor with advisory support from the founder. Museion Holdings is the parent company, IP holder, and investor-facing vehicle.
Beyond the active surfaces, four workstreams are in active development. Each has a brand pack sealed, an operational shape, and a clear gate for moving from drafted to live. None are presented as operational until they are.
Veritas Network of Truth. The structured multi-investigator network, peer-reviewed methodology, and bonded-contributor model. Begins once funding lands. Today's founder-led practice is the proof of concept; the network is the next phase.
Family Wing · Cell IV. Johnny Boy's Wines and Ali's of Aberdeen begin to operate over the next twelve months as capital allows. Brand systems sealed. Held under perpetual family-first designation; not for sale at any price.
Internal stewardship and review. Disputes and corrections are governed by documented internal review, external counsel where required, and Veritas publication standards. Private trust infrastructure remains private; public authority rests on method, evidence, provenance, and correction discipline.
Adjacent ventures. Muse Labs (sovereign hardware, in early-stage development with the founder's brother) and YAKK Gaming (gaming arm, in early-stage development with a childhood best friend) sit inside the relevant cells as emerging surfaces. They run in the background and surface publicly when they are ready.
The horizon is set deliberately past any single founder's career. The plan is not to flip the company at year five or year ten. The plan is to design the constitutional layer so that the work survives the founder, the board, and the cycle. A brief outline of the milestones.
The constitutional floor of Museion Holdings is a set of refusals. Each is drafted, each is sealed in counsel review, and each is structural rather than aspirational. The full doctrine layer is held privately with counsel; the public-facing themes are below.
Jay is the founder of Museion Holdings. He started in data and operations across regulated UK industries (energy, healthcare, payroll), where the GDPR and compliance discipline behind Museion's standards was first learned. In January 2026 he founded YAKK Studios, built solo; the on-chain Solana forensic work he did then became the practice now sitting inside Veritas. YAKK Studios is now an art and animation house operated by Trevor; Jay remains in advisory.
In April 2026 the scope widened. Museion Holdings was founded as the parent under which sovereign software (Aether and Athenaeum), forensic intelligence (Veritas), creative practice (YAKK Studios), and generational instruments (the family wing) sit under one constitutional standard. The horizon moved from "build a Solana platform" to "build a holding company designed to outlast its founder".
Based in Aberdeen, Scotland, with the family wing emerging in Portugal. The work is built to outlast the founder.
The deeper plan, the cap-table specifics, the doctrine layer, and the operational roadmap are held privately and shared with aligned counterparties under a counsel-safe framing. If you are reading this and considering whether to come into conversation, three doors.
For customers. Aether and Athenaeum have their first customer-facing seats coming next. If you are an operator, founder, or small team that wants a sovereign AI council instead of another SaaS, send a note and we will talk through the fit.
For investors. Pre-seed, founder-funded, open to a small aligned institutional round. The deep master plan, the cap table, and the steward-ownership architecture are shared with serious counterparties under counsel-safe framing. No growth-tier funds chasing yield.
For partners. Counsel, technical advisors, mission-aligned operators, and forensic collaborators welcome. Press and partnerships also via the single mailbox.
